Each rug is first thoroughly inspected for stains and odor concerns and then measured for exact pricing. It is then examined to determine the cleaning method best suited to your rug's particular weave, fibers, and dyes.
Next, it is brought to our dusting area where we use soft compressed air along with our laser cut wands to ensure that all of the granulated dirt that is locked inside of the fibers, are removed before we even begin the cleaning process. Once this step is completed, we send it to the wash department. Here, our cleaning technicians pre-condition the rug with our specialized cleaning solutions, followed by a high-pressured vacuuming and enhanced cleaning process that only Magic Rug Cleaning can deliver. Each rug is cleaned separately to ensure any chance of cross-contamination from one rug to another. Once the rug is cleaned it is hung to dry in our controlled drying area.
